All packages from Northern Spells are carefully packed and prepared by packing Goblin Jonas! A flat rate of $3 has been added to each order to provide for the goblins lair!

To keep our prices for shipping down for the untracked options, we are doing bulk shipping ever 1-2 weeks. If we get many orders, it takes shorter time - but please note this time when ordering untracked <3 If you order with tracking, the order goes out in a couple of days at maximum!

Currently, we use Posten Norway for our shipping services. Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. You can find all the options for shipping at checkout!

WHERE ARE YOU BASED? Northernspells are based in Bergen, Norway - and ships all the magic from here! WHERE DO YOU SHIP? NorthernSpells ships worldwide! Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you can choose between tracked and non-tracked. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? All our products are individually inspected for any flaws, and all the details of the products are clearly stated, so what you see in our online shop is what you get. For this reason returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you have any problem with your order - defective products, or damages from transit - please e-mail us with your order number and we will do our best to find a solution you are happy with! WHAT ABOUT CANCELLING ORDERS? Cancelling orders can be done, but is not a service we are responsible for. Orders are shipped out as quick as possible, and sometime it takes a bit longer to answer all the mails you amazing people send than we wish it did. If your order is shipped within the time we get back to you, you can unfortunately not cancel the order. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? NorthernSpells is an indie-brand, and a small badass business, working hard to give you your orders as quick as possible! The normal turnaround time for this is 1-5 days for tracked, and untracked are sent out in bulk every 1-2 weeks! (Preorders and orders during holidays/weekends might take longer. ) Estimated shipping times are listed below: UNTRACKED SHIPPING Please note, overseas customers usually receive their order in 2-4 weeks, but delays might occur due to custom processing, so eight weeks is noted to be safe. Destination Transit Time (From Shipment) United States 1-3 weeks Europe 1 - 2 weeks Asia 2 - 8 weeks Norway 1 week WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST? We offer two types of shipping, tracked and untracked. Posten Norway offers non-tracked shipping, and they are very punctual! But should your package get lost along the way, your local post office is responsible for assisting you in finding your package. Once packages are handed over to Posten Norway, their delivery is unfortunately out of our hands. While lost packages are rare, we do recommend ordering the tracked options for large orders. As much as we'd love to ship them to you using magical owl-mail, for now these are our two options for shipping. NorthernSpells are always looking for cheaper and better shipping options - so maybe the owls (Or other more normal shipping- companies) will appear! We will always ship with the cheaper shipping options available! I'VE ORDERED A PRE-ORDER ITEM, AND AN IN-STOCK ITEM. CAN YOU SHIP THEM SEPERATELY? If you order a pre-order item, or any item that states it will have a longer processing time, all items will be shipped together due to the cost of shipping. If you wish to receive the in-stock items first, please order them separately. CAN YOU ADJUST THE VALUE ON MY ORDER, TO LOWER CUSTOM FEES? NO ONE likes to pay custom fees, and often ask us to ship their orders as gifts or with a lower order value to avoid custom fees. We are not able to do this, as falsifying custom forms is a federal offence. Customers are responsible for any taxes and fees associated with their orders. Taxes vary from country to country. If you are eligible for taxes you will charged before your receive your goods. HOW IS YOUR PACKAGING HANDLED?
